Author description

Hunter Allen is a renowned coach, a former professional cyclist and an expert in using power metres to train endurance athletes. He has coached more than 400 athletes including Olympic cyclists, champions of the European road racing circuit and champion mountain bikers.

Stephen S. Cheung, has been the science and training editor for the professional cycling website PezCyclingNews, authoring more than 100 articles on cycling science topics ranging from respiratory training, to optimal cadence for cycling.
