Former Travel editor of the Sydney Morning Herald, Keith Austin is British by birth, Australian by choice. He sipped his first beer at the age of seven, a Guiness passed out the door of his local East End boozer by his paternal grandmother. A food and ale lover, he' s edited two cookbooks (Blokes and Seafood) and last yea' s inaugural Good Pub Food Guide.
