His previous cookbooks include "Modern Indian Cooking, My Indian Kitchen" and "Easy Indian Cooking." Hari lives in New Jersey. Jack Turkel has been a professional photographer for more than thirty-five years. He did the photography for both "My Indian Kitchen" and "Easy Indian Cooking."
